اَلْحِجْر

99 Ayaat مکیۃ

15:81

وَ اٰتَیْنٰهُمْ اٰیٰتِنَا فَكَانُوْا عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِیْنَۙ(۸۱)

And though We had given them Our signs they turned away from them.

15:82

وَ كَانُوْا یَنْحِتُوْنَ مِنَ الْجِبَالِ بُیُوْتًا اٰمِنِیْنَ(۸۲)

They used to hew dwellings in the mountains to live in security.

15:83

فَاَخَذَتْهُمُ الصَّیْحَةُ مُصْبِحِیْنَۙ(۸۳)

But they were seized by the mighty blast towards the morning;

15:84

فَمَاۤ اَغْنٰى عَنْهُمْ مَّا كَانُوْا یَكْسِبُوْنَؕ(۸۴)

And all that they had done (for security) availed them nothing.

15:85

وَ مَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضَ وَ مَا بَیْنَهُمَاۤ اِلَّا بِالْحَقِّؕ-وَ اِنَّ السَّاعَةَ لَاٰتِیَةٌ فَاصْفَحِ الصَّفْحَ الْجَمِیْلَ(۸۵)

We have not created but with reason the heavens and the earth and all that lies within them. The Hour (of the great change) is certain to come. So turn away (from them) with a grace.

15:86

اِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ الْخَلّٰقُ الْعَلِیْمُ(۸۶)

Surely your Lord is the Creator and knows (everything).

15:87

وَ لَقَدْ اٰتَیْنٰكَ سَبْعًا مِّنَ الْمَثَانِیْ وَ الْقُرْاٰنَ الْعَظِیْمَ(۸۷)

We have indeed given you the seven oft-repeated (examples), and the majestic Qur´an.

15:88

لَا تَمُدَّنَّ عَیْنَیْكَ اِلٰى مَا مَتَّعْنَا بِهٖۤ اَزْوَاجًا مِّنْهُمْ وَ لَا تَحْزَنْ عَلَیْهِمْ وَ اخْفِضْ جَنَاحَكَ لِلْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ(۸۸)

So covet not things We have bestowed on a portion of them to enjoy, and do not grieve for them, and protect those who believe;

15:89

وَ قُلْ اِنِّیْۤ اَنَا النَّذِیْرُ الْمُبِیْنُۚ(۸۹)

And say: "I am a distinct warner,"

15:90

كَمَاۤ اَنْزَلْنَا عَلَى الْمُقْتَسِمِیْنَۙ(۹۰)

Like (those) We had sent to those schismatics who slandered their Books

15:91

الَّذِیْنَ جَعَلُوا الْقُرْاٰنَ عِضِیْنَ(۹۱)

And severed their Scripture into fragments.

15:92

فَوَرَبِّكَ لَنَسْــٴَـلَنَّهُمْ اَجْمَعِیْنَۙ(۹۲)

By your Lord We shall question them one and all

15:93

عَمَّا كَانُوْا یَعْمَلُوْنَ(۹۳)

About their deeds.

15:94

فَاصْدَعْ بِمَا تُؤْمَرُ وَ اَعْرِضْ عَنِ الْمُشْرِكِیْنَ(۹۴)

So declare to them what We have enjoined, and turn away from idolaters.

15:95

اِنَّا كَفَیْنٰكَ الْمُسْتَهْزِءِیْنَۙ(۹۵)

We are surely sufficient to deal with those who scoff at you,

15:96

الَّذِیْنَ یَجْعَلُوْنَ مَعَ اللّٰهِ اِلٰهًا اٰخَرَۚ-فَسَوْفَ یَعْلَمُوْنَ(۹۶)

Who place other gods besides God. They will come to know soon.

15:97

وَ لَقَدْ نَعْلَمُ اَنَّكَ یَضِیْقُ صَدْرُكَ بِمَا یَقُوْلُوْنَۙ(۹۷)

We are well aware that you are disheartened by what they say.

15:98

فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَ كُنْ مِّنَ السّٰجِدِیْنَۙ(۹۸)

But you should glorify your Lord with praises, and be among those who bow in submission;

15:99

وَ اعْبُدْ رَبَّكَ حَتّٰى یَاْتِیَكَ الْیَقِیْنُ۠(۹۹)

And go on worshipping your Lord till the certainty (of death) comes upon you.
